Transcription:

In the Name of God Amen. I Randolph

Allsagar of Packington magna in the county of Warwick being sick

& weak but of perfect mind & memory Thanks be to God do make this

my last Will & Testament in manner & form following. Imprimis I 

give & bequeath unto my son John Allsagar Eight pounds. Item

I give unto my Daughters Mary & Margaret Forty pounds

a piece. Item give unto my sons Richard & Thomas Thirty pounds

a piece. Item give unto my Daughters Ann & Liddia

Thirty pounds a piece. Item then give until my Daughter Sarah

& my son Randolph thirty pounds a piece, all which aforesaid 

Bequests my will is, shall be paid unto every one of them on

their day of Marriage and not sooner, Unless my Executrix here 

after named shall think proper. And if it shall happen that

any of my children shall dye before Marriage, then my Mind 

& Will is that the Portion of such Child or Children shall be 

equally divided amongst my six youngest children (Viz)

Richard, Thomas, Ann, Liddia, Sarah & Randolph or such of 

them that shall then be living. And lastly all the Rest & residue

of my Estate Goods Cattle & Chattels whatsoever I give & bequeath

unto my loving wife Elizabeth ^Allsagar^ Randolph, Whom I make sole 

Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. And I desite my 

Brother Richard Harding & my brother Richard Smith to be 

Overseers, that this my Will be fullfilled. In Witness whereof

I have hereunto put my Hand & Seal this first day of Sept[ember] 

Annog Domini 1729.

I John Edsor of

Great Packington in the county of Warwick being of 

sound Mind and understanding (Thanks be to God) by this

my last will and Testament do give and bequeath to 

James Martin of {unknown} in the parish of Great 

Bookham in the county of Surr[e]y and George 

Bullin of Birmingham (my Nephew) in the county

of Warwick and the survivor of them all the Goods

and Chattels {?}outy debts and Estates bute {?.?} and in

personal And about {line dark/difficult to transcribe} 

legally possesses of amounting at this time to

about the sum of two thousand Pounds be {???}

said more or less In trust for the purposes 

therein after expenses and no {?...?} that is to say 

First {???} the Tho[ma]s Martin and George Bullin

or the survivors of them or the administrators of 

such survivor shall immediately after my decease 

pay and discharge my Financial {?...?} and use

{?...} my just debts (my Funeral to be in the

Parish {line dark/difficult to transcribe} and

as some Recompense for this Trouble which 

my said Executors will have & so give Ae{???}

five Pounds each out of the said Trust 

and al so give and bequeath my best silver ware

to Mr {?..?} {??}sage of Packington as a mark

of my Regard and the remains Remainder of
