Welcome to the Great Packington, Warwickshire: One Place Study.
Great Packington is an historic hamlet and parish in the Hemlingford Hundred, union of Meriden and country of Warwickshire (WAR), sometimes known as Packington Magna. It is located 8 miles from the city of Coventry and next to the parish of Little Packington. The area covers the grounds of Packington Hall and its estate, including St. James Church, and has otherwise been a traditional farming and fishing area.
