An article in the Coventry Standard newspaper in 1939 recorded that the population of Great Packington was 251 people in 1730.

1801

1821

The census schedules for 1821 no longer exist, but the population information is retained in the History, Gazetteer & Directory of Warwickshire (1850). There was a total population of 351 inhabitants. 

1831

The census schedules for 1831 no longer exist, but some information is retained in a Population Abstract for the parish and the population data in the History, Gazetteer & Directory of Warwickshire (1850). There were 62 households in the 1831 census, with a total population of 334 inhabitants.

1841

The census records an unnamed new-born baby boy of the parish, ‘NK’ Wall, who was just 4 days old when he was enumerated, a Chelsea Pensioner named William Smart, and a woman who had otherwise been omitted from the census and was added onto the last page, named Eliza Wall.
